* accumulate a wide understanding of their society circumstances. Knowledge across history, philosophy, politics, economics.
* to experience, know how to read, and react to the variety of the human emotional states, and personality traits. Once you see through one's soul, and you hold the power of effecting the social environment around you - you stop becoming one of the environment, but its master.
* build deep and meaningful relationships with other humans. an intellectual exchange, and ambition(al?) healthy competition will get you a long way. you must have that inner-monologue as well. have a conversation with your selves often.
* to share ones work with the world. not all with understand, and your great work will be an accumulation of decades of work - but there is a compounding value of putting your work out there.
* most feedback/criticism is useless. though - you must train the muscle of gut-feeling. there is no second to that. pure magic. un-understood energy in our universe going through your body. use it.
* always leave room for wonder, for playfulness, for foolishness. this world has much to offer, and must be experienced. do not give up the youthful spark, it is the drive of civilizations.
* at the right time of your greatness journey, you must onboard a close following. they should be capable themselves for greatness, but their fear of their own ambition will make them second to you. they are an important component of your story. they are the one to tell your greatness.
* you need to think deeply on where the world is heading to in the next decades. not a year, not 5 - you must think in decades, if not centuries. most of the issues of my society is rooted in short-term thinking humans - which is usually the default - but also short-term instituions (past humans eras had it better)
